“Has a great catalogue of networking equipment. Currently my go to website. Great website but a few critiques on it: 1. Searching for items + breadcrumb links are kinda confusing. 2. The suggested items/add-ons when looking at an item doesn’t really show what other items you’ll need to finish a job. For example if I buy a keystone patch panel I’d expect suggestions to show what keystone modules fit. 3. Some prices are pretty ridiculous (an error I believe) one evening a RJ45 kit was showing a price of something ridiculous lover £1k?? But I could go and select the individual items for more same prices. Service and delivery are insanely good. Even had a follow up phone call to make sure I received my packages safely! Everything I received for my home network was well packaged and condition was brand new with no damage.”

“Great company and products are available. Delivery company APC need an urgent review. Parcel which had electrical equipment was left thrown over the fence into back garden and left in torrential rain for 2 days. Instructions were even written on box saying to leave behind wheelie bin in back of carport (they chucked over the fence above the bins...). APC are not responding to multiple attempts and should not be used.”

“More than happy with the service from Cable Monkey, however your courier APC delivered the package to the wrong address and I was waiting approximately one week for the materials. When I tracked the delivery and seen it had been "delivered" I new exactly what had happened.”

“First time using Cable Monkey, I ordered a comms cabinet with two shelves for overnight delivery. Due to it being a Friday order I was expecting it to be dispatched Monday; received the shipping notification Monday morning to say it had gone ... great ... but on Tuesday was told it had been delayed. One shelf did arrive, but the rest wouldn't arrive until Wednesday. Once the Wednesday delivery arrived the boxes had been torn and beaten up and one of the shelves was bent to the point of needing to be bent back so it would fit.”
