“Needed to specify and stock a short Cat5e patch cable to go with a new product. Found several choices easily on the website. Had to make a quick phone-call to check the wire gauges and after a short hold, the information was provided. Ordered online and received within 48 hrs. Very pleased with the product, service and overall experience.”

“This is the second time we have used Cable Monkey and I can say that the communication once ordered is first class. The products are as described and we will use them again. Unfortunately, our last item was poorly packed as the corner was dented, but we needed to use it, so we never complained. Therefore we can not comment as to how they would have sorted this. Overall, 4 1/2 is fair.”

“A helpful conversation was broken by a pause whilst expert guidance was sought and then code for the product that was recommended was given. Order placed and delivered the following day. I was puzzled to then be recommnend to open an account to track the order. However since the order was placed before the account was opened no information was available.”

“Easy to navigate the site, very glad of the helpful explanations in choosing the correct cables, easy to order ,fast despatch, dropped a star as since replacing 3 cat 5 cables with upgraded ones from here our aerial reception (signal) has got worse not better , no idea why !”

“Your communication was good and so was your service. Pity about the courier APC who delivered the original goods to the wrong address in Battersea. When I called you Co the person who answered said she would send it first class straight away and I received it the next morning. Well done for making a silk purse out of a pigs ear”
