“The quality of the products is good but I had a disappointing customer service experience. 2 days after a next day delivery should have arrived I tracked the parcel with the tracking code supplied and it showed as delivered so I contacted Cable Monkey and asked if they could help. I provided my name, my address, the date of the order, the value of the order, the items ordered, the consignment tracking number and forwarded the PayPal receipt. I was told via email that they could not help me unless I provided the order number. I had not received a confirmation email other than the PayPal receipt so could not provide this so could not get any help. It seems extremely unlikely that they were unable to help when provided with all of this information, I appreciate that companies are busy and under strain at the moment but refusing to help unless given the easiest method seemed a bit lazy to me. Luckily 2 working days later the goods did arrive.”

“The rj45 connectors I bought were not suitable for cat6a cabling. Even though it said they were. I have shielded cable these are not adequate for it.”

“Happy enough with you delivery and item sent, apart from one slight niggle, I noticed the protective sleeving was missing on a small part of the cable, it looked like manufacturing fault, luckily the important inner cable seemed undamaged. Hopefully it will be ok!”

“Cabinet was fine and power unit perfect . Shelves arrived a day later than the cabinet - so engineer who was booked to fit it - had to make do . When shelves arrived not as expected - so had to throw away”

“Delivery was very fast but I was disappointed that I had to pay an additional £12 to have my £100+ order delivered to Inverness, Scotland. The cables were fantastic, high quality, but my reds were more of a pink which lost some points.”
