Ordering online webpages, etc were easy to understand and use. Receiving emeail notification on the status of my order was good. However I received shipped notification on 16/11/2018, and item was only delivered on the 26/11/2018. It took 10 days to ship from Basingstoke to East London, this is poor. Also a couple of 1M cables was over wrapped. Item is not that fragile .

I couldn’t honestly recommend Cable Monkey. The first order from them was some Connectix face-plates and that was all fine. I then bought some patch cables and they were fine. The second last thing I bought was a reel of CAT6 and it turned up in a smashed up box and there was no core on the reel so you couldn’t pull the cable through. I needed the cable right there and then, so I used it. My last order was a Comms cabinet and it turned up with a broken door and the key broken off in the door lock. The box wasn’t damaged, so I have to assume it came like that from the factory. Again, I needed to install the cabinet, so it went in and we fixed the hinge on the door so it sits in place. I could have complained, but realistically I needed the kit for the job that day and I ordered it when I knew I needed it. There are plenty of places that sell patch panels and cables. Two consecutive deliveries with damaged/broken stuff is enough of a sickener that I won’t be buying from Cable Monkey again.

Considerably more expensive than their competition, but went with them because of next day delivery. They then "missed the number when putting in the delivery address".

Product took 6 days to arrive having paid for next day delivery. Despite daily reassurances that it would be “tomorrow”. Delivery charge reimbursed but this did not help the fact I had tradesmen on standby.

I paid extra for next day delivery, as I needed the patch cables for some work over the weekend. The delivery finally took place 4 days late, too late for the job. Otherwise product was as advertised.

I ordered these online and it said 2-3 working days delivery, they were ordered Tuesday afternoon so I presumed Friday would be the 3rd working day (it did also give a next day delivery which I ticked but didn't expect that would happen). I was contacted the next day, after I'd placed my order, to be told the cables would be despatched on Friday (the 3rd working day) for Monday delivery, but I could pay £42 for a Saturday delivery. I wasn't best pleased but agreed to pay as we needed the cables for works that had been planned. I had an email to say my order was on it's way Saturday morning and thought no more of it. when I got to work Monday morning I found out the cables had not be delivered, we had men on site waiting to work, it put back our programme and was very costly to the project. When I contacted Cable Monkey on the Monday they were extremely apologetic and the lady I spoke to was really helpful, we did get the cables eventually but this is not acceptable, if we pay premium postage costs we expect a premium service. I'm not sure I'd use them again based on this experience.

The product seems fine, but I have never seen so much plastic wrapping. It took a full 5 minutes to get it all off. Totally unnecessary at a time when we’re all supposed to be using less!

Decided to write a review after the 3rd email requesting one, cable monkey itself was efficient and quick they kept me updated etc. Unfortunately the Bluetooth USB they sent me didn't work, after doing research into the brand I found it was extremely old and would only work on devices with Windows 7 or earlier... Teach me to not do my research!

Cables were awful. - Which is ironic given the name of the company. Also, I bought a switch from a company in Essex delivered to London. Later to be told that it only comes shipped with a European power adapter. Only getting 2 stars because postage and returns seem reasonably together.

The details on there web site are out of date, i wanted a box of cable on a drum and as i had already had one i used the same part number. The text was right the photo showed what i had last time but thats not what was delivered. The response i got was "we don't do it like that any more" if that is the case change the website details.

Unfortunately although it was the couriers fault, it will still reflect badly on yourselves. Somehow the courier mixed up three addresses of my company to come up with a non existent address as so couldnt deliver, they didnt call and two days after the package was supposed to be delivered I called your company and found the issue. I spoke to your representative who was fantastic and called fedex and arranged for me to collect the package from their depot as we needed the package the following day. Fedex then told me that they couldnt give me the parcel but they could deliver to a site address the following day, I explained that no one would be there, but they refused to deliver to a secondary address. As we needed the items for the saturday, i called your office again and spoke to another fantastic rep, who again called fedex and impressed on them the urgency of the parcel, Fedex agreed to deliver to the secondary address on the following day (Saturday). The delivered to the primary site address on the Monday, This order was the preliminary for a test to rewire the network in an entire building and has now cost you 100 times the order (which I understand may not be much to a company of your size but every little helps) I would however like to point out that your company's representatives did all that they could to help and were very understanding.

Still have not recieved the package fed tracker puts it in Leicester for the last 6 days and all contacts for FedEx are in America cannot get a number for the uk

Although the delivery service was good the product was faulty and I still have not had a response regarding my refund which was sent on 23/02/2017. Will not use this company again.
