“The Mahogany wood grain facia board was exactly what I wanted. Good quality & in stock. I phone up before hand to check & then went to there outlet in Canning Town. everyone was helful three assistance were serving so it was quick service & the item was cheaper to pick up than any other purchase of this product.”

“The products supplied appear to be very good & easy to work with, the fascia & soffit boards are being used now with the guttering products to be fitted soon. The delivery arrived 5 minutes before the advised time & the driver was helpfull & friendly, the order was in 1st. class condition. Thank you.”

“I purchased a carport 5.3m x 4.0m. Wider at one end than the other and a sloping drive. The front beam/gutter was higher at the narrower end to avoid the panels twisting. I also used four support posts, all at different heights. Everything worked out perfectly, the quality of the materials is very robust and the kit comes with all essential tools although I did invest in the 14tpi panel saw. Very pleased with the very sturdy result and nice appearance.”

“Spent around £800 on a new polycarb roof using York bars. Order came and was short one glazing bar. Friver was very helpful and phoned up head office. Was not really given definitive time for missed item to be delivered. Phoned up head office myself. Noone got back to me that day. Apparantly they have to do an investigation. Is that my problem? Anyway got the bar 2 days later. So waited in a full 2 days for my order. Next many items look like they are thrown around. So dents and scratches. Had to hammer out dent in glazing bar as didn't want to wait another 2 days. Debris in ends of poly from factory cutting. Did my best to vacuum it out. The york bar swivel fixings are also almost impossible to use. Bolt is about 1mm too short. I gave up and devised my own system. Additional glazing bar came with cap installed so unecessary effort trying to get it off. Small point but already been messed about. Staff at head office seem to think they are doing you a favour correcting the companies own errors. On a positive note the final product looks great but for my next project I wont be using your company as too many niggles.”

“Can only comment on greenhouse Perspex sheets which are are extremely good value for money and do a great job in the greenhouse and are easy to cut to size,sorry I left it to late to get free delivery,put off ordering as you were closed due to bereavement of your founder.”

“Gilette are a rip off forcing you to use there blades with their handles Enter The Builders razor fits good selection of supermarket own brand blades ,plus cornerstones and wlikinson sword. I highly recommend the Builders Razor with Builders blades which are cheap and dont clog up also recommend wilkinson sword hydro blades. I had razor handles for gillette blades a Wilkson razor handle for their blades and a pace. Nown I have one razor handle and a better choice of affordable blades. Can't go wrong. My advice keep it simple with the Builders Handle. Happy Chappy. Mr Morrison”

“Your prices are good. Point of sale good, however it all goes wrong after the sale has been made. No contact with customer about delays of order. Customer has to chase their purchase constantly. Delivery 2 weeks late. Communication poor. Then invoice sent again even though payment was made at the time of the order. Delivery advice sent again too after delivery was made!!”
