“An excellent service ordered my items on the Wednesday and they where delivered on Friday morning from Kent to the north east The sales person who took my order was very helpful and very knowledgeable of C&A products will definitely be using them again.”

“I ordered some PVC white wall flashing for a job I was having done on my house. The product which was 2m long came quickly by courier in a cardboard tube. It looks like it will do the job ok. The flashing looks good quality and was not expensive even with the postage. With the goods came a free catalogue of other goods that C&A sell. There looked to be other items that I might need in the future. If so I shall have no hesitation in using this firm, which was recommended by a friend, again.”

“LCI93WH 300mm x 90° Internal Corner Cover White. Ordered these and was informed that they would arrive in 3 days time, what an excellent surprise when the postman delivered them the next day, I then had to prepare to fit them early so had to get things ready. A bit of a trim and Job done and they completed the job nicely.”

“I have placed a couple of orders and not being a tradesman was not sure of what I need for a project. Phoned both my orders through and found the person on the other end really helpful and sorted everything I needed. My first order I had delivered spot on delivery driver polite. The second order I collected at the Rainham branch again staff helpful and no drama.”

“Great initial support but let down by poor delivery communication. Our delivery didn’t turn up on the day promised, I had to call to get an update and the delivery slipped by 2 days. Warning, don’t book builders based on promises.”

Hi please could you provide information on your order so i can investigate this for you. Some additional information which may help is that we do advise that trade people should not be booked until materials have arrived as sometimes things may go wrong. We do stipulate approximate delivery times scales and always call the day before we expect to make your delivery. On our distance runs the lorry leaves the yard on a Monday and returns on a Friday so giving and exact delivery day a week or so in advance is not possible as the delivery routes are all optimised and the drivers only have 9 hours driving time per day.
