“I have placed a couple of orders and not being a tradesman was not sure of what I need for a project. Phoned both my orders through and found the person on the other end really helpful and sorted everything I needed. My first order I had delivered spot on delivery driver polite. The second order I collected at the Rainham branch again staff helpful and no drama.”

“Great initial support but let down by poor delivery communication. Our delivery didn’t turn up on the day promised, I had to call to get an update and the delivery slipped by 2 days. Warning, don’t book builders based on promises.”

Hi please could you provide information on your order so i can investigate this for you. Some additional information which may help is that we do advise that trade people should not be booked until materials have arrived as sometimes things may go wrong. We do stipulate approximate delivery times scales and always call the day before we expect to make your delivery. On our distance runs the lorry leaves the yard on a Monday and returns on a Friday so giving and exact delivery day a week or so in advance is not possible as the delivery routes are all optimised and the drivers only have 9 hours driving time per day.

“Reliable supplier with a good range of product, Peak 60 beams in particular are very useful and durable for constucting covered areas . They last much longer than wood in our wet enviroment and look as good as new after nearly 20 years in use.”

“What a great example of a good business. Communication was very good,when I phoned to enquire as to when the order would be delivered they were polite and explained everything & true to their word our order arrived exactly as they had informed me.Their delivery driver was on time & very professional & helpful explaining to be careful when handling the product incase we injured ourselves etc. As for the product itself- their prices are extremely reasonable including the delivery charge. I would definitely recommend them & use them again in the future. 10 out of 10!”
