“The job in hand was to insulate the polycarbonate roof of my conservatory. I had all the materials to do the job, I just needed something to add a finishing touch. C&A plastics were the first to come up on a Google search and they had the exact product I needed. The website was easy to use, self explanatory and payment through Paypal was easy too. The communication between C&A Plastics and myself was excellent too. I knew when the order had been dispatched and I knew when it was being delivered. The driver who delivered the order was very polite and a true professional. Also on the top of all of this excellence, I received a free shaving razor, which also turned out to be excellent. I cannot rate C&A Plastics high enough. True professionals selling top quality products at amazing prices.”

Dear Mr Draxler Thank you for the review, we are sorry that you feel that the level of service was not up to the level you wanted, and the review does not say what in particular could be improved. From looking at the history of the order, you were placing the order for some materials on the 11th and wanted delivery on the 13th, but were informed that was not possible. Clearly time was of the essence for you as you then made the 94 mile drive to the store to purchase the items on the 12th. We understand there are many suppliers of building materials, but in your case these materials ordered are in fact very unusual and not stocked by most. We are currently the only importer of this product from this manufacturer in the UK, and is most likely why you were unable to find these sheets elsewhere. If time was not your most crucial factor we could have delivered these items for you for only £24.95 +VAT as you are aware. Something to bear in mind when planning future projects. Hi Thank you for the review, I have tracked your item and it shows that it was despatched on the 9th and is with the carrier out on delivery today, I am not sure what the hold up has been with the carrier and will look into it, as they are normally much quicker than this, It is with TNT on consignment number (emailed to you privately) for your reference We hope you enjoy the product once it arrives.
