“I had spent £1000 on polycarbonate sheets and other accessories for it but was given guarantees on dates for it to come it only to realise past the day of the order they were out of stock even when they took my order. Then I was given another date which they made out to be an earlier date which again became the later date. All in which my builders still had to be paid and were just waiting on these items. The person I spoke to over the phone was of no help and rude in manner. Appalling customer service.”
