“I received my order very promptly. (1 piece of cladding 150mm) to replace hole in section made by.. suicidal pheasant !!!!!. Unfortunately pheasant was not replaceable. One of your staff noticed that I had ordered 100mm joiners. He had the courtesy to ring me up and query this and changed these to 150mm joiners to correct my mistake. Many thanks.”

“The only place I could find a door canopy to fit the available width. It came well packaged with easy to follow instructions. It was simple to fit even for an amateur DIYer & is very sturdy & durable. Really pleased with whole experience.”

Sorry that you felt the delivery was slower than you would have liked. We try to cover the country as quickly as possible with these very large materials. Of course the perception of speed is all relative, we deliver in matter of days, where as companies like DFS that sell sofa's quote months as a reasonable time frame for a product. We do however hope that you are happy with the materials and that the installation goes well for you

“Bought a 1200mm wide canopy for a customer to be used over an outside smoking area. Good value product which was easy to install especially as the bolts were included. Speedy delivery and good communication on delivery status. Very happy and will use again”
