“Great service, good prices. I recently purchased some composite decking which was cheaper than other competitors and great quality it made my job look good which makes me look good. It was all delivered when they said they were going to deliver. I was kept informed by a very pleasant lady, Charlotte I believe her name was. Everyone I spoke to knew what they were talking about and were very helpful. So five stars from me. I need some composite panelling for a summer House and won’t be going anywhere else to get it. Yours sincerely Charlie”

“They push the delivery time to the max. Took all 10 working days to get a small delivery. When I called to ask where it was after the first week they just said, “ we have 10 working days to deliver it to you”. I guess I should not have planned work until I had material, I did not plan for the dragged out delivery. Material is the same no matter where you go so no comment on that. Service can be improved a lot. Don’t see any reason it took so long, and if they knew it would take a while they could have informed. I’ll use local suppliers now, might pay more but at least I know when I’m getting something.”

“I received my 110mm underground fitting by post 1 day earlier than expected. I did find the email correspondence a little confusing though as I was sent two emails solely containing their terms and conditions! Overall I was quite satisfied with the company and service. I am a builder and knew I couldn't find this product from my local suppliers.”
