“You order and are given a vague "delivery will be 5 to 7 days". The delivery is confirmed at 8 o'clock the night before with no time to arrange to be present. He then delivered them to the wrong house anyway and left them in full view of the street.”

“Carport I ordered arrived ahead of expected delivery date. All components came with the kit including drills, rivets and even the rivet gun making the entire assembly reasonably painless. Regards Tom”

Thank you for the review and the positives that are in it about the canopy. Looking at the notes on the system, it appears you had problem with the rivet gun and a member of staff explained that there are different head attachments included on the gun. It also notes that you have found your own way round the issue prior to this explanation and so we though all your concerns were resolved. Sorry if we misunderstood that you wanted to talk about any other question you may have had, but the team are just a call away. Yours C & A Building Products

“All sales delivery and quality first class.There are three photos one and two show the reconstruction of the timber roof supports altered to accept the new panals, the third is view from outside.The patio was done in 2018 the sun lounge with the latest ordered supplies.Not bad for an active 84 year old,”

“Many thanks for the delivery of the Onduvilla Tile Strip in red and verges to match. Only placed a small order on Tuesday (1st Oct), goods were delivered on Wednesday. A special pat on the back for whoever packaged them up - a piece of ridged Perspex cut to the exact size and well wrapped together kept the items it perfect condition. Good customer service all round - Thank you.”
