“The website was pretty clear and helpful... although a few items need some polishing, but the customer service was great! The team contacted me directly to query a couple of items to be sure I hadn't made a mistake. This is may first polycarbonate roof installation so I could easily have made an error, but they were proactive and helpful. Driver was a nice guy too!”

“Very easy to order on line and good updates on the progress of my order. The delivery of my corrugated roofing sheets was prompt and the guy that brought them was very friendly and made some helpful suggestions re installing them. All in all an excellent experience - well done!”

“I only ordered a roofing sample, which arrived very quickly. The package also contained a free pair of gloves and a very useful and informative, colour coded catalogue! “The C&A plastics web site was easy to use. I bought a number of items of guttering, a solid polycarbonate sheet, two corrugated steel sheets, and a corrugated plastic sheet. The products were as I ordered when they arrived although it was 13 working days from order to delivery, not 'a maximum of 10 working days' as promised on my invoice. I have used the corrugated sheets and I am very happy with their quality. The other items are intended for other jobs which I plan to do in the next week.”

“I ordered Some polycarbonated sheets700x1200 unfortunately only one side was a good edge,the others were cut out of a larger sheet leaving nasty cut edges. I was not made aware that this would be the case. It is not what I wanted.”

Dear Jim We have looked at you order and you did order 25mm clear polycarbonate 700x 2500mm. It is industry standard to cut these from the largest sheet (as it is 1/3rd of the width), and is a service that is provided to prevent excess waste and cost by buying either the 980mm or 2100mm wide sheets that come off of the manufacturers extrusion lines with two extruded edges. Any 700mm wide sheet purchased in the uk will at most have only 1 extruded edge (and 1 in 3 will have 2 cut edges when it is the central panel from the cut sheet). This does not affect its functionality or serviceability when it is installed, and most sheets will often need trimming further to meet the site specific conditions. Yours C & A

“We are a small company and have been dogged by cheap shoddy goods from abroad appearing in many DIY outlets, we decided to try C & A and have now received our third order, its a great company as you get to speak to the sales team rather than a recorded message, they are very helpfull and knowledgeable about their products, the products themselves are of a very good standard and I would tell anyone to deal with C & A with confidence, from the order to delivery its a super service.”

“the service I received was second to one. Even to the point where I was asked if I had got my order right, I did not order glazing bars with some polycarbonate sheeting and the Company contacted me to ensure I had not forgotten. I already had bars but to have a Company who used their initiative was unusual to say the least. Well done C and A”

“competitive prices, comprehensive range & ancilliaries, amazingly low dly cost [£35 for a third of a ton of polycarbonate sheets & kit ], AND the very impressive delivery arrangements made to entirely suit us, with a driver who was so very helpful and such a good ambassador for the company. This not our first purchase from C&A, & no doubt not our last, it is so unusual to find a British [family owned] company that ticks all the boxes, and more.”
