“The product I bought where 6 panels of 12-foot long corrugated roofing sheets perfect for a carport or any undercover shelter needed arrived on time without delay customer service excellent have used before and will definitely use a game for my next project many thanks”

“Delivered 3 shower panels, one was scratched and had tp be replaced. Didn't notice that of the 3 alumimium strips delivered 1 was bent and not suitable for purpose. TheCompany refused to give me a refund because I didn't tell them within 72 hours. Having spent almost £300 with C&A Plastics, I really don't believe thia is the right way to treat customers. It seems to me that the firm have a lack of quality control in what they deliver and blame the customer for their shoddy goods. If I was running this firm I would take a closer look at the standard and care taken in what they deliver. The attitude of their sales guys is that these things happen. Well they don't need to happen. Thinnk twice before you make a purchase from this Company and check everything before you accept delivery. The driver refused to give me any paperwork on delivery when I requested it.”

Hello thank you for taking the time to leave a review. would like to ask for an order ref so i can look into this more please? however to answer just a couple of the points raised. 1. You mention one of the panels was scratched and had to be replaced? clearly then you checked the order at time of it arriving to spot this damage as these panels are in cardboard boxes and would have had to be removed from this to notice the damage? You then mention we replaced ...this was because it was within 72 hours of delivery. 2. you mention that you didn't notice 1 of the strips being bent however you contacted us after 72hrs of delivery which you clearly checked as you mentioned the first issue? Sadly if the items have been on site for any period of time and damage happens on site why would we replace? we offer 72 hours to check items which is 3 days after that I am sorry but how much more can we offer? The attitude isn't "these things happen" it is how much more can we do or offer? . With regards to the driver refusing to give you paper work I find this extremely strange as every delivery made of this type of product is made via our own drivers and as such I don't understand why they wouldn't however as mentioned if you provide us an order ref then we will look into it. Again thank you for your time

“FIRST CLASS SERVICE, ADVICE AND PRODUCTS. I HAVE USED C&A BP TWICE AND CANNOT FAULT THE QUALITY IN EVERY RESPECT. "ISHAAN PROVIDED SOUND KNOWLEDGEABLE ADVICE TO EXCEED MY EXPECTATION WHEN ORDERING MULTIPLE PRODUCTS TO REPLACE FASCIA,SOFFIT, GUTTERING AND DOWN PIPES FOR MY PROPERTY. OUTSTANDING AND GREATLY APPRECIATED. FIRST CLASS DELIVERY TOO BY THE DRIVER. A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER. WELL DONE C&A BP AND THANK YOU. WILL DEIFNITELY USE THEM AGAIN AND THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE SEEKING A SOUND INVESTMENT TO IMPROVE THEIR HOME.”

“I recently purchased some shower panels for my daughters bathroom & was shown around your bathroom showroom by Adam, he was very helpful explaining to my daughter about the different types of panels & recommending the best type for her budget plus giving me some good fitting tips. Will definitely be recommending him for future projects.”

“My order wasn’t made until two days after it was taken and paid for, there wasn’t any communication on when my order was going to arrive with yourselves, even though I had asked to be kept informed. Once my order had arrived via courier to yourselves, it was not booked in for delivery as a priority and I only found this out once I had called yourselves...yet again! Having been told that there wouldn’t be a delivery on the same day, I was told that the materials were at your depot if I wanted them. When we arrived at your depot there were 4 vehicles sitting idle in the yard, each of them being more than capable of carrying my goods, I have photographic proof of this and will be emailing senior management to lodge a formal complaint very soon.”

Hi Blaize Services Thank you for the review, we are sorry to hear you are upset. Clearly speed was of the essence for your job and not enough time scales were provided in your materials resource planning. We are working as diligently as possible to get items out in a covid secure manor and this does slow things down, on top of unprecedented demand that is mentioned everywhere in the news, and we have been informing customers of this. As part of this we did offer you to collect the items once arrived and this is what you have done. It is not unusual to have vehicles in the yard as you said. This is for many reasons as some will be for loading for the following days deliveries and others will be in for maintenance and servicing to ensure they are roadworthy and not dangerous. This is vey common with all transport companies who operate significant numbers of vehicles and deliveries. These tasks do not happen by magic without the vehicle it involves. In your message it also states you will be emailing senior management, but I can see from the extensive notes that you have already been dealing with some of the most senior people already. We can see you have only ever had repeated successful transactions for products that are off the shelf over 2020, but these special order items that take longer and are dependent on others has failed to meet your expectations. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors which will clearly be elsewhere. C & A Building Products

“Purchased box profile roofing sheets in green with trims and fixings, purchased roofing before some years ago and was very pleased with quality. This time again quality and service excellent the roofing thickness is much better than most you will see around for sale. The delivery driver Gary gave excellent communication and was very helpful upon delivery, cannot fault and highly recommend C and A give them a try.”
