“My order took over two weeks to arrive ,when it did it wasn't what I wanted.should have paid more attention to the description of items on their website.Had to buy it all again locally.!”

Thank you for the review I have looked at the order and can see that you placed the order online on the Thursday 13th April before the long double bank holiday Easter weekend at 6.24pm (after we are closed for the day), This was then processed the first working day available (Tuesday 18th) and was dispatched on the 21st on the first vehicle that covers the west country TR post code region. You ordered the Full flow guttering, what was it you were meant to order? We also email and post acknowledgments to give you an opportunity to check what you have ordered and it could have been amended prior to dispatch by calling us on 01634 374444.
