We are rather surprised at this comment. Looking at the logs we can see there have been several phone calls and emails with regards to the order, keeping you updated at every stage. The order was even delivered on the 4th working day. Not sure what you are therefore expecting. We are glad you are happy with the materials you have purchased and hope the job went well for you C & A Building Plastics

“I've been emailing and asking questions and wanting samples,also wanting quotes,the emails came straight back and my samples was with me next day,fantastic service and I will be using them again very soon. Thanx to Jamie p who I've been dealing with.”

“I resent purchased some material the sales clerk was very unfriendly and there is no one at the branch to gave you a lift with the occurred sheeting I purchase unto the van.”

Dear Mr Forde Thank you for taking the time to leave the review. We have identified the 'clerk' as you have put it and spoke with them. It appears this stems down to the fact, which is also evident from your comment, that the responsibility for loading a vehicle is with the customer. Unfortunately there have been instances in the past when a member of staff had helped and the customer then falsely claimed that they damaged their vehicle. It is with regret that because of such instances the company policy has had to become that the client is responsible for loading their own transport, and this include supplying their own labor to do so. We are sorry that you feel negatively about this, but look forward to seeing you and your friends again. C & A Building Plastics

“Cannot fault the speed my order was dealt with and also the ability to track the order, bearing in mind I ordered 10 sheets of polycarbonate the packaging appeared to be more than sufficient to protect the sheets but the back of the box had a 2 inch penetration through the packaging which damaged the first sheet slightly, can only assume it was the delivery companies fault when loading their van, if I ever have another option to use TNT will decline to order anything.”

We are sorry to hear this and will report it to TNT. So you are aware you can mark the delivery note as the items are damaged which helps ensure these things are picked up by TNT.

“Purchased a 'Premium Canopy 900 x 1400' Was delivered to North Yorkshire within 24 hours of ordering. Easy to assemble and fit even though my rendered walls are not perfectly flat. Keeps the rain off the door as intended. Good purchase.”

“Ordered approx. 25 sq meters of polycarbonate roofing at a great price, which arrived as arranged. One slight oversite on items were 2 items missed off the original order which wasn't noticed by myself until 3 days later. Rang the company to advise and they shipped the missing items the same day and they arrived the very next day. Mistakes can and will occur, even with the best of care and attention, but I judge a company on how it reacts to those mistakes and correct them and C & A Building Plastics came out well on top. Well done and thank you. Will recommend you to others.”
