“Our dealings with Craig were fine - he was friendly and helpful. Problems started with our order seemingly lost and no delivery. We were concerned by then that we may have ordered the wrong thing and sent a photo of an existing cap to Craig. Confirmed it was different but could not find the same one we had. Suggested a change or even a refund as our order was still lost in the system. Today the order was delivered and I have heard nothing further so we seem to be stuck. Disappointing.”

“Refused entry without a mask even though medical restrictions make me exempt. Was told by staff that the bosses didn’t care and are very firm that if you have no mask then you don’t get served.”

Hi Thank you for the time for making a review. We have worked throughout the pandemic and do indeed have procedures to keep our customers and staff safe during these times. There are a number of ways to purchase from us, which you have done which do not require entering the building and wearing a mask. These include: *Online for collection (which you did). *Over the phone for delivery or collection. *Single Shop Occupancy (but this can involve extended wait times). We do insist on the face covering in store where you may come into contact with other members of the public and this is a health and safety issue for both you and those you may come in contact with, which is why we offer suitable alternative methods of purchase, and those with a genuine condition have all been very appreciative of this and how we have handled the situations as they occur. We have had hundreds of very positive reviews about our safety policies and that we are keeping people safe much better than many shops including supermarkets. At this time we believe everyone should be considerate of others, patient, and forthright in their convictions for keeping everyone safe. It is unfortunate that some people will claim to be exempt but are not, and we have called the bluff of several which ensures we continue to operate in a safe manor. “Ordered roofing sheets and accesories via the Internet which was very straightforward and easy. Item prices are very reasonable and delivery was within the 20 days stated on website ( due to pandemic). Gary the driver was extremely helpful as he rang to say he was in Swindon with 1 drop in Andover before he got to me in Weymouth. Asked if I would mind a late evening delivery which was great for me, even helped to move items up the steps to my property. Great service and should I need anything else this company will be my first choice 5* service.”

Can you please elaborate as to what exactly is wrong with your order as we can not find and form of contact from you and there are no notes on the delivery paperwork or the order on our system. It seems you have never made contact to discuss what was wrong with your order. It was delivered last week and having look through it I can not see anything unusual except you have ordered round downpipe to go with square gutter. Our square outlets do take both round and square downpipes so cant see this as an issue but its very hard to rectify a problem if we do not know what the problem is?

“We bought polycarbonate sheeting, glazing bars etc to put a roof on our pergola. We had never done a project like this before, Thomas on customer services was excellent he told me exactly what was needed. Gary the delivery driver keep us up to date with delivery times. Excellent service”
