“Can't believe the service we've received! Amazing. Ordered to renew the greenhouse roof with polycarbonate in Feb. Then decided to completely replace small green house glass with polycarbonate. Emailed and spoke to Chris during lockdown and still managed to get my order out to me. Doesn't go up to 10🌟 but that's what they deserve”

“C & A seem to have the monopoly with their products & no competitors that I am aware of. Their service which must have been awkward during lockdown was good but I do have a few issues,I knew what I was doing when I placed my order but upon getting my order home I noticed it had been changed & I therefore had paid for some items I didn't need. Some of their products need re designing too,in particular the wall plate for their roofing systems....the one I purchased was overpriced & AWFUL to fot & leaves the roof very draughty. Also their bullnose windowboard is bad quality,I had to throw mine away & go buy another from B & Q as the C & A one was unuseable due to it not being flat (was curved across it's width).Other than that most of their products are pretty good but not cheap (in price). Overall the service was fine but some of the products need improvement.”

Thank you for taking the time to write the review Sorry you were not happy on come aspects but very happy on the others. You may think we have a monopoly, but actually we do not, its just others have found it hard to compete as we are low cost (despite you thinking we are not cheap) and provide the great service you described. Keep safe and well, and we look forward to seeing you again

“I must say I was so pleased that c&a was open to do click and collect I needed to couple of butt joints for my wallboard and I was very happy I was open and I could get them service excellent Thanks Mr Tong”

“I bought two clear door canopies to use as COVID-19 screens for my salon counter. They arrived the next working day and were very easy to put together. They provide an excellent barrier and are easy to keep clean. I’m extremely pleased with all aspects of this purchase and would definitely recommend C&A to others.”

“Used the 2mm 8x4 sheet to line the back wall of our motorhome bathroom which we are refitting. Perfect lightweight product, delivered along with trims by their specialist van. All occurred during COVID crisis - delay explained, kept updated and good customer liaison. Even though our order was domestic supply and minuscule compared to your normal customers we were well treated. Thank you for being a reliable British supplier.”
