“Friendly firm to deal with. Staff go the extra mile. Think out the boxTo include ringing to confirm if you missed a product you may need to complete your order..delivery in own transport by own helpful staff reducing risk of damage all ways on time and phone before site drop. Would of given a 5 star but believe their web page needs attention. You click to order but never sure when its goes into your trolley. And cant leave and return to add items. Not the most easy friendly user web page..”

“Delivery was well within lead time given. We had Big 6 Corrugated PVC sheets which were ideal for the job. Cutting to size is much more efficient using a 4" angle grinder which doesn't chip or fracture. Masking tape should be used to allow the marking for cut. The fixings sent were insufficient as screws were nor long enough for the profile and there weren't enough spacers. I had to purchase correctly sized screws elsewhere. However I am generally very pleased with the outcome (see pictures)”

“Product pretty good. But also customer service was exceptional. I had strange quantities in the order and someone rang me to make sure I hadn't made a mistake as it seems an odd mix of products. Well done C&A. Also delivery was prompt with a call a day or two before the delivery Plus contact on the day and a helpful driver. Well done all round C&A It's nice to see this level of customer care today when most companies just don't bother. Again well done.”

“Ordering was really easy but delivery was a bit of a problem as delivery man insisted on leaving sheets outside even though it was raining, I had to get someone to carry them indoors for me”

“As far as I am concerned, the design and construction of the suspended ceiling components is very good, regarding the tiles, they leave a lot to be desired, they are made of some powdery substance which has no tensile strength at all and I found them very scary to work with, all in all, the finished job looks good.”

“Website was good made my purchase easy, tracking my purchase was not so good as the only tracking info I could get was that my package had been dispatched but could not find when it was being delivered. Was just luck I was in when the postman came to deliver. If Incould have tracked my purchase then I would have given a very good review mark.”

“For several years I've been meaning to put a canopy on to the rear of our conservatory. C & A have already supplied one for the front door of our house which has always looked good, but this would be too deep for the conservatory. But now I've found that there's a new version available - the only problem was that it was about an inch too deep height-wise to fit under the gutters. So what I drilled an extra hole in each of the two side brackets, and moved the canopy down a little. That did the trick and it fits perfectly and looks really good. I'm very happy with the end product. We can now open the conservatory door when it rains without soaking the carpet!”

“Nice guys delivered earlier than I was first told. However did forget a large part of the delivery. But redeemed themselves by getting it to me within 2 hours. Overall good service”

“My order for a canopy arrived on schedule, I checked it over and it looks OK, havent fixed it as yet so cant comment on the final look of the product, If anything its perhaps a bit overpriced, but still cheaper than others when you look on line. Lets hope its OK”
