“the service I received was second to one. Even to the point where I was asked if I had got my order right, I did not order glazing bars with some polycarbonate sheeting and the Company contacted me to ensure I had not forgotten. I already had bars but to have a Company who used their initiative was unusual to say the least. Well done C and A”

“competitive prices, comprehensive range & ancilliaries, amazingly low dly cost [£35 for a third of a ton of polycarbonate sheets & kit ], AND the very impressive delivery arrangements made to entirely suit us, with a driver who was so very helpful and such a good ambassador for the company. This not our first purchase from C&A, & no doubt not our last, it is so unusual to find a British [family owned] company that ticks all the boxes, and more.”

“I ordered an outdoor canopy recently and was very pleased with advise and service I received. Was fitted by friend without problems, but needed to buy stronger fittings to attach to brick work. Still looks good and shelters back door and entrance to shed. Would recommend.”

“purchased a very small quantity of tile-effect corrugated sheeting. cost was reasonable and delivery charge small. very quick delivery. I mistakenly ordered black nails for a red roof, and received a phone call to query the order, which was thankfully quickly changed. clear email "paperwork". EXCELLENT”

“?The extrusions & coatings are great! good quality and strong profiles. ?Polycarbonate sheeting is good stuff. ?Delivery was prompt and parts were well packaged. But, a couple of niggles: ?Many of the 1inch stainless screws have either stripped or sheared off (I think 8 on the cross beam end plates alone). They seam a bit weak, and have required some less than elegant 'engineering' to deal with. ?The rivet gun included in the kit didn't have a die large enough to fit the blind rivets supplied. I had to buy another. ?On your site there is a video for building the sanctuary. This States using foil tape for the top of the poly sheets and breather tape at the bottom. The diagram in the instructions looks like that too, but there was no foil tape in the kit, 2 reels of breather tape instead. ?I only have a keyed chuck drill, so needed to purchase the 2 masonry bits separately (12 and 8mm).”

“Purchased cladding & trims which were of excellent quality and at a great price. Delivery was much quicker than expected. Driver was helpful & courteous. Communication came from via email and phone and kept me updated with my order and delivery at all times. I will definitely use again & will not hesitate to recommend to friends & family.”
