“W07120633 I recently received a delivery of fixing screws and eaves fillers for onduline sheets. The order was delivered by Yodel the following day and left with a neighbour but instead of 2 packs of fillers there was only 1. I phoned your customer services and was told that a check would be made and they would phone me back. After 3 hours had passed I phoned again and was told that the person assembling my order definitely packed 2 sets of fillers but stock numbers would be checked and they would phone me back. Nothing, I don't know how much I spent on the 2 lengthy phone calls but I'm writing it off. Very disappointed.”

Sorry you are disappointed with our response however I have also checked the order and spoken to the packer and both the paperwork and the packer show the items as picked. I would also like to say that we DO NOT use yodel as a carrier and never have done. Due to and increase in claims in the past we made changes to our picking and packing system that adds another level of over check to ensure items are picked correctly, we had to make these changes as it is unfortunate that in todays society not everyone is honest. These changes give me the confidence that the items are picked and packed however we always advise our customer to check what they are signing for whether it is delivered on our own transport or carrier. if the packaging is damaged or open then you should reject the delivery.

“When I phoned up to order and get information the sales person could not do enough to help me. Delivery was promised in 5 days but arrived a day early. Great for me. Product was good quality and just as I ordered.”

“Really pleased with the products. Although my brother recommended C & A, as he had used their products before and knew what he was doing, the video online of how to fit the polycarb sheets was really helpful. Unfortunately, I under ordered on the glazing bars and so had to put another order through, but that's certainly no fault of C & A. Would definitely recommend.”

“Ordering very easy on line.........Delivery within 7days (All items intact and correct) Was advised that I would receive a phone from the Driver on the evening prior to delivery to advise me of a delivery time alas this did not happen so had to ensure someone was available to accept delivery........would use again”
