“We contacted C&A Building Products and from point of enquiry to delivery and follow up afterwards with queries on know how the company was super efficient and very helpful. The items received were all in good order and one bracket was incomplete (the bag had burst as they can do) and following a telephone call they arrived in the post a few days later so efficient too.”

“I have not put it up yet as my hand is taking longer to heal than I hope it would, but I have unrapped all the parts ready to fit it and it is very good quality, with drill bits, screws, and rivits with the rivit tool. I am very happy with it.”

“Had a problem with foam eaves filler not compressing and keeping the sheet from sitting properly in the glazing bar. Reported issue and nobody called back. Called again and got the impression not interested in resolving the problem. I’ll be getting my roofing elsewhere in the future.”

“We ordered some shower panels and was told they would be in stock in ‘a couple of days’. This ended up being nearly 2 weeks after being given the run around and being told different stories every time I spoke to them. First only 1 pack of panels arrived then it was tough luck you’ll have to wait for the rest mate kind of attitude. Very lacking in customer care! End product was good, thankfully but the process was dreadful. I would not recommend if you’re on a project with a timeline.”

Hello we are very sorry for the issues you had with these sheets. Sadly the product was Brand new to us and it was from a new suppliers, this caused a few issues between us. You ordered 2 packs of 2 panels so when we ordered form supplier we order 2 , all other panels they sell are sold in packs meaning we expected 4 panels to arrive. Sadly on this product they sell in single panels meaning we only ordered in there mind 2 boards and on checking order paperwork it waid 2 so we assumed. The delay in getting the other panels in was sadly due to there transport only dropping in our aread once a week. Again i would like to say how sorry we are and that we have learned from this order and corrected things our end to stop this issue happing in future. Thank you for your feed back your C & A
