“We ordered some shower panels and was told they would be in stock in ‘a couple of days’. This ended up being nearly 2 weeks after being given the run around and being told different stories every time I spoke to them. First only 1 pack of panels arrived then it was tough luck you’ll have to wait for the rest mate kind of attitude. Very lacking in customer care! End product was good, thankfully but the process was dreadful. I would not recommend if you’re on a project with a timeline.”

Hello we are very sorry for the issues you had with these sheets. Sadly the product was Brand new to us and it was from a new suppliers, this caused a few issues between us. You ordered 2 packs of 2 panels so when we ordered form supplier we order 2 , all other panels they sell are sold in packs meaning we expected 4 panels to arrive. Sadly on this product they sell in single panels meaning we only ordered in there mind 2 boards and on checking order paperwork it waid 2 so we assumed. The delay in getting the other panels in was sadly due to there transport only dropping in our aread once a week. Again i would like to say how sorry we are and that we have learned from this order and corrected things our end to stop this issue happing in future. Thank you for your feed back your C & A

“So this is a great store with friendly and helpful staff. I would use more often but the returns policy is too harsh charging £10 per item returned plus 20% handling charge, not brilliant when my customer changes their after I’ve purchased or if when doing the job a different way of doing it becomes apparent using different materials. The website doesn’t record purchases made in store on your account so this can hinder accounting later in the year or even when invoicing.”

“They have the cheapest prices anywhere. That's they're only positive. £30 delivery and it took them two weeks to deliver. Their website claims that they get '98% of deliveries done within 8 days.' My delivery was one of that 2%. For £30, that's unbelievably poor value. When the delivery finally arrived, there was no leeway with the delivery driver. He would only deliver it at quite a narrow timeframe. This timeframe only came to us the day before it was delivered. So the delivery just ended up being put outside. To be fair to the driver, he did a job good at covering it, and nothing was stolen. We also clearly ordered the wrong item relative to the rest of what we ordered. Any expert on building materials would have identified what we were building, and what pieces we needed. But there was zero communication from them about this, and no attempt to let us know the piece we ordered was wrong. Appalling customer service.”

“Reasonably quick delivery and driver called hr before delivery, great driver but unfair to let him off load brand new pvc cladding that quite clearly had been store for around 2 years outside, wet, covered in green mould items that hadnt been checked prior to going onto lorry. The driver then had to wipe each board to see if it would come off and up until now (as i havent fitted them yet) whether any are damaged. Over £800 spent and old stock sent out very dis appointed after reading the reviews.”

“very good quality and colour is percect careful of what you orde, i ordered items and paid for them in the store and before they brought out my items, i relised I over ordered and asked to cancle some items and I was charged £15 plus 20% rehandeling fees, which was not fare as i never took them from the store”

“I am a DIYer but have used C&A for 30 years or so. Best value in the UK for upvc cladding and polycarbonate sheeting - no one else comes near them on price and value! The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable.”

“First time I used I meesed up & did 2 orders for the same product as I needed 10 & only ordered 1 on first order. I was rung almost immediately I logged out to query this. Great service really friendly person on the phone who sorted everything out so only 1 order so only 1 delivery charge. Arrived promptly.”

“Sanctuary carport 4.0m (p) x 5.3m (w) Ordered online & carport kit was delivered by C&A's own vehicle in the given timeslot. The kit is very comprehensive & includes all drill bits & fixings , rivet gun, sealant etc. Installation guide is very clear & it was fairly straightforward to build even though I had to cut mine down to fit the width of my driveway. Once fully built it feels incredibly sturdy. Definitely would recommend.”
