“Placed an order online and carefully read the delivery info " 90% of deliveries are made within 5 days and 98% of deliveries are made within 8 days and on occasions a small number may take a little longer but this is normally due to things like severe weather events" I made sure everything i was ordering stated in stock and yet when i rang to chase my order after a week and quoted the website info, the man at the end of the phone laughed and said "where do they get their figures from" I chased 4 times and no one could give me a date but just kept telling me i would get a call the day before. when the items did finally arrive i had not received any call to say they was coming, it was just lock that i was stating work late that day and was still here to receive them.”

“The quality of the product is excellent 10 out of 10 from start to finish, ordering, keeping us up to date as to delivery and then on the day the driver keeping in touch as to his whereabouts and time of delivery it took 2 friends 1 1/2 days to erect using the fitting instructions”

“Via email great response time to my questions. No estimate on delivery when I first ordered. Delivery was slower than I thought (waited 10 days) and got a text message from the delivery driver the evening before it was coming, so not a lot of time to make sure someone could be home to take delivery. When It arrived all seemed well until construction. Hand riveter broke after the 3rd go, so had to go out and buy one for £23. I chose to pay extra for the clear sheets for the roof, when putting together the sheets were all different sizes and about 1 & 1/2 inches too long. So then had to cut all to size. My interpretation of getting this kit is that it can be put together with little hassle and modifications. This was not the case.”

“I BOUGHT 10mm TWINWALL POLYCARBONATE HAZE FOR THE SIDE OF MY BUNGALOW WALKWAY ROOFING, I GAVE "ANDY H" MY AREA SIZE AND HE WAS VERY HELPFULL IN ADVISING ME OF MY NEEDS, IT IS NOW IN PLACE AND LOOKS GREAT, WOULD THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND C&A.”

“Project - to deflect heavy rain from basement door. User - amateur D.I.Y., age 72, Time - 1.5hrs from unpacking to clearing up Pros - delivery faster than anticipated, easy to put together, light enough for one person to handle, appears good quality. Cons - no information on the size of masonry bit needed (fortunately I had the correct 1cm drill) Problems encountered - the bricks have a cavity, one of the bolts needed gentle manipulation to get it to bite. Overall impression - very good quality and excellent service.”

“All round great service from order online to a call from the delivery department. I explained to the delivery department I had a appointment mid morning and he managed to arrange for the delivery be with me by 8.30 so was very helpful”
