“They’re sales rep Jamie was a great help. I gave him all the measurements & I had everything I needed. They contacted me within 24 hours to say an item was out of stock. But I would still get the items by the date I wanted. The delivery driver was first class helping me to carry the items into my Garden. The product is great & really easy to erect. I would recomend this company to any one looking for this type of Product. First class product, first class customer service. I”

“I was very nucely assisted by Craig from Gillingham branch and Imtiaz (or similar name) from Canning Town branch. Imtiaz spent time with me on the phone assisting me with my product enquiry and also advising the products which are not stocked in Canning Town branch. Craig in Gillingham branch helped me very patiently in selecting the products and adding anything that I missed with the benefits of using those products. Great people to work with!”

“Order had some bits missing meaning I lost money having to return to job to fit them. Bit annoyed that the 980mm roof sheets actually measured 986mm wide meaning the 1000mm centres I put the joists at (also advised in your catalogue) were wrong and had to be adjusted. On the plus side I can't fault the delivery driver correspondence or quality of your products.”

“Really easy website to navigate, and I found it easy to place my order, delivery driver was very helpful and he made it easy for me to rectify an error I had made, also the next day when I called the guy on the phone sorted out my error and sent out my replacement part”
