“Products are great. The senior salesman was really rude to me swore at me repeatedly I think he even called me the c word cancelled my order without my agreement and slammed the phone down. I was told by the person who took my order everything was in stock but then was told on my delivery day that is was 8 weeks wait but could be longer. I asked the senior salesman for some compensation all he had to say was no, but instead he went on a rant and verbally assaulted me I was advised to call the police to report it. I called back and spoke to Craig who was really helpful and apologetic but this was not for him to apologise. My order has been received now but I really could have done without the stress.”

“1st phone was told I could not order coving as not in stock for bout four weeks, when I rang again to see if I could order it, I was told there was no delay, so not sure of the 1st confusion. Ordered via the phone and sai d it would come in about five days. I have not received any confirmation of this sale although the money has been taken from my account. But then, I have not chased for this yet as been very busy”

“thank you for inving me to comment. I searched several sights looking for "perspex" type material, some I found less than helpful but on contacting C&A I was most impressed by "Craig", very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and I settled on polycarbonate at a very competative price and placed an order, to my amazement it was delivered in 21 hours. Excellent service.”

“First purchase from C&A. Unfortunately they delivered the wrong item. However, the speed and efficiency in which the error was corrected was the sign of a company eager to satisfy their customers. Well impressed. It's when things go wrong that shows whether you are dealing with a good company.”
