“excellent customer service from Craig who took my order over the phone and made helpful suggestions on the products I needed. Goods arrived on the scheduled day as promised and the driver was also helpful and left the delivery in our front garden as requested. Couldn't ask for more so very happy with the service. Cannot comment on the glazing bars as not yet installed.”

“I have used the brown Avon plastic roofing system and my main complaint is that it goes white and twists after a few years as it’s not UV light resistant. It really should be as it’s inevitably going to be used in a location where it will get full sunlight. The result is that after a few years it all has to be replaced. Why C&A can’t make it UV resistant I cannot imagine. A similar product from Screwfix is UV resistant and I used that on a roof in 2006 and it still looks good. I don’t think I will use the C&A product again to be honest.”

“Professional and honest, I wanted a product that was out of stock but was prepared to wait for what I wanted and was kept informed and received my cladding when it was due, which I am really happy with how it looks. Absolute 10/10 from me. TY C&A.”

“Very good customer service. I had an enquiry about lead times for delivery and was called by a very helpful gentleman. I placed the order and was called regarding what I had ordered and received advise which saving me having a problem. Delivery was within a few days or ordering and the delivery driver was very helpful. Will definitely use this company again.”

“Ordered some architrave and some multi purpose board. Items arrived as informed, very good. Only one comment to make and that was the multi purpose board was slightly bowed making the fitting harder.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY--RIP OFF MERCHANTS- FIRST HALF OF ORDER CAME THROUGH OK,A LITTLE DAMMAGE ON THE CORNERS OF THE SHEETS BUT I MANAGED TO WORK AROUND THAT PROBLEM,SECOND HALF OF THE ORDER CAME TROUGH COMPLETLY WRONG,WHAT THEY SENT ME WERE DOUBLE THE SIZE AND DOUBLE THE PRICE I WANTED AND THE THEN WANTED TO CHARGE ME FOR THEM TO CORRECT THERE MISTAKE---I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMEND THEM TO ANYBODY ELSE IN FUTURE”

Hi I have looked up your order from the reference. You ordered the materials online and specified what you required, which appears to be the order you are referring to in the first part of the review. However you then order sheet closures for the sheets that you had not ordered originally, and the correct closures were sent for the sheets ordered to ensure correct installation of them on both sides of the sheets. From your comments I assume you are therefore trying to install them on the bottom end of the sheets only, and I can see from notes from where you called in that you were aggressive and rude on the phone that you wanted to return items because you were not installing them correctly. The very same sheet closures you missed from the original order and we dispatched our urgently for you Clearly you are upset, but taking your errors and frustrations out on us while we try to help you means we are infect glad we will not have to deal The Handyman Can’t. “Good on time delivery and helpful driver, I did go out and purchase a good riveter (not enough power t 83 but I did have help with the roof sheets owing to the wind) only problem no markings on any of the roof sheets regarding the correct way up so hoping both sides have been U.V treated.”

“I Had a carport kit from hear very very good this will the 3rd one i have had over the years always a very good service and price . even the delivery down to cornwall was first Glass will always use C&A every time”
