“I bought steel roofing sheets and fittings to cover a side passage. I had never done anything like this before and the guys on the phone were very helpful, and delivery was quick. I finished the job yesterday and all went as planned.”

“Tried to place an order online, unfortunately no click and collect option was available. Apparently C&A cannot accept credit card orders for collection. With a delivery charge of £20 on a £38 order, I decided to vist the London depot. The trade counter was unattended when I arrived, with no means to call for assistance, despite staff visible in an inner office. Eventually a sales person came out and the order placed. Staff appeared knowledgeable about the product, but I was left with the feeling they were doing you a favour. Purchased replacement fascia, soffit boards, and fixings for a porch. Product appears good quality and while only completed the job recently, so no knowledge of durability, would use again.”

“Bought some white soffit cladding 5m x 300mm only to find they're not straight. Slightly agitated as once spoken to C&A They have informed me they will replace with straight cladding. However still waiting on a reply as to when that will happen..haven't had my calls or emails answered. They need to improve on their customer services and after sales care. :-/”

“Tried to deliver goods before the advised opening time of the business, then got shirty because it had to be rescheduled. Failed to follow simple instructions and then gave a rude response. Not very professional!!”

No instructions were given as to the opening times of the business, however the business at the site adress was in fact open but there were no contractors on site and so the business turned away the delivery as they were not authorized to sign for goods on behalf of the contractor. The contractor was also not answering the phone until later in the day. The delivery was rescheduled for the following day despite the profanity given to our transport manager over the phone. Clearly a review written by someone in the office after the contractor who should have been on site provided the office with information to cover their own behind as to why the goods were not on site that day.

“Great on the counter service with expert advice from someone who has used the product I was interested in buying. Really pleasant and efficient staff who detailed items I required and I was able to collect them straightaway with no delay whatsoever. Brilliant service.”

“Easy to order etc. Delivery updates could be improved considerably. Order included a pack of 10 fixing screws with caps and washers, these had been crushed, in fairness did not report as have some spares and was not prepared to wait any longer, am sure they would have replaced if asked.”

“From the start dealing with C & A Building Plastics was seamless. I ordered my 2.50 x 4.25M carport through their website. Phone calls I made, to keep track of the order, I received courteous treatment. The delivery was made by a person who went out of his way to make sure I had the kit a day early. The kit was high quality and it came with very detailed instructions and everything required to build the structure. I have now completed the carport and it looks great, it's sturdy and durable. I have great pleasure in recommending C & A Building Plastics and their product”
