“I was very unhappy with the time it took to deliver my order I rang 3 times and each time I was told a different date I had to wait 9 days I have had items from abroad within 2 days. a good product but let down on delivery.”

Thank you for your review however I would like to address the comments you have made. You ordered 2 x 5M lengths of fascia board and I can assure you that you would have got these in 2 days from abroad. It's not an item that can be posted. 5M lengths are delivered on our own transport and the area you live in is up to 10 days, we delivered within this time and when you purchased the items you were advised this was the delivery window through the shipping method and our delivery terms. We also emailed you stating your order was out for delivery and sent a text. The driver even called you the evening before to advise what time you would receive your order. Sorry we have failed on this occasion to meet your expectations however we also offer a special delivery service should you require items urgently but this would have been around £250 to make the 300 mile round trip which I do not think you would want to pay for £35 worth of materials

“The Onduline sheets were fine, the plastic sheet wall flashing didn't integrate so well. The biggest positive was the driver who most helpfully unloaded as near as he could to the site, many thanks”

“I have just purchased my second conservatory roof From C&A my last one lasted over 20 years and is still weather proof. I would certainly recommend if you are looking for a diy roof kit.”

“Everything I have used from Cand A Building Plastics has been excellent, their products are very well deigned and all work well together. The finished article always looks just like the pictures in the brochures so happy clients = happy customers. There is always a little something extra with each delivery? I would not use any other company now, tried a few but for quality and cost it has to be C&A!”

“Not the first time I have purchased items from C&A Building Products. My first venture was to build a covered veranda using polycarbonate twin wall roofing sheets and associated T bars and covers. This is still looking good and has withstood all types of weather conditions over almost 20 years . I highly recommend this company and it's products and will almost certainly be using them again. Great products, service and prices.”

“Easy to use website made ordering easy, however the delivery of the goods was a long process. Having chased the items twice, they were eventually delivered by a very helpful driver. Would have given more stars but waiting 9 days for the goods meant I had an unhappy customer.”
