“I recently bought some (14) plastisol cladding sheets, amongst other cladding items. I was very pleased with the reception I was very pleased with my receptionby the staff and also by their product knowledge and friendly attitude. I certainly will be shopping with them again in the near future Also there was a very short delivery time.”

“Order placed 28/2/2019 and still waiting on10/3/2019. Two extremely unhappy customers waiting for me to complete their work. I paid by card, received an invoice dated 28/2/2019 Reference QU1058290. Made a phonecall to chase the materials up and was told they should have been sent out on Friday 1st but something had gone wrong but they will be sent out on Monday. That was the 4th. It is now the 10th and still nothing. You can not use Brexit as an excuse for this. Pull your fingers out or close the company down.”

Thank you for the message, I believe one of our staff have now looked into this and spoken with you. It appears that TNT has lost the consignment sent out and we are working on resolving the problem with you on this. We certainly do not think this is a Brexit issue lol

“swift efficient delivery. was a daunting prospect looking at the bits. once we got stuck in everything went together perfectly. took 3 days to complete, worked max 5 hrs a day, well worth it. saved us over £4k on a quote we received from another firm for supply & fit.”

“Very efficient ordering by phone Delivery on day expected as arranged. As a pensioner with a diagnosed back condition I had not realised I that I would be expected to have to help unload as requested by the driver. Transport staff should ask if someone at the delivery site will be available to help when dealing with the customer.”
