“what can I say , I ordered some guttering fittings from C & A Plastics which was so easy as you are kept informed about your order all the way through the process and when your order is dispatched your get an e-mail telling you , lo and behold it arrived the next day super fast delivery I cant fault them whatsoever , thank you once again and I will certainly use you again.”

Hi Thank you for the comments. It is normal for a call to be made the day before to advise, apart from this I can see that a dispatch email and text message was also sent from the system. We are glad though that you are happy with the product and received them successfully. Yours C & A

“from ordering to the point of delivery 1st class . The company kept me informed of how the order was progressing and it was nice for a change for someone to use their own transport instead of a carrier .The delivery itself ,from the telephone call the night before until the delivery itself by a pleasant courteous driver was spot on. many thanks will use again”

“Don't use this word often but I have to say C& A's service was excellent! Starting with a phone call to question my online order being correct as I'd ordered 13 glazings bars yet only 6 X 10mm twinwall roof sheets. I was cutting the sheets in half so I did need 13 bars. They phoned the day before delivery and the driver was very helpful. I've used C & A for well over 25 years be it on the odd occasion, despite now living in North Essex I still return to the Canning Town company for a supierior service and excellent prices. 10 out of 10 from me.”

“The fascia and soffit products are very strong and very bright white, looking clean and well finished. They make a well built roof look extremely modern and well designed. C&A Building Plastics have a very friendly, easy to use web site and delivery is prompt. The driver is unbelievably friendly, courteous and helpful. Can't wait to order again.”

“I purchased Polycarbonate sheets and glazing bars to roof a pergola. The staff were on hand to answer my questions prior to the order and provided expert advice. Being a DIY'er I was not familiar with some of the terms however the staff provided me with the knowledge sufficient to make my order. The goods arrived in 5 days which was exactly as quoted. I was happy with the pricing having looked at other sights along with a local supplier. no other supplier could beat C&A Building plastics. Regards p Sharp.”

“Excellent service. I placed my order and within a couple of hours received a call advising someone had reviewed my order and just wanted to check a couple of things. They pointed out I had ordered glazing bars but no end caps and would I like to add this to the order. Something like this may sound small, but most places would have just posted what I ordered without checking and I would have been left without bits. Losing time on my project. The goods all arrived within a week which considering I ordered 4 3m sheets of polycarbonate and a load of fixings was great. Driver was very helpful and friendly and entire experience was flawless. Couldn't be happier with the service or product. The lexan premium polycarbonate is a joy to work with by the way! The diagonal bracing makes it very strong but still easy to cut and the opal finish looks really classes. A translucent white, rather than a cheap frosted look. Really great stuff and uv resistant on both sides.”

“I recently purchased self supporting roof beams and polycarbonate sheeting. Having not recieved notification of a delay, I rang after the given 10 working days, to be told that stock was due the following week. That week came and went and I phoned again, to be told I was on back order. On both occasions I had to initiate contact and it was felt that the sales people were uncaring and had bad attitudes. A supervisor did phone me back to resolve the issue. I had to cancel half the order due to stock issues and the balance arrived some 24 working days after the initial order.”
