“Ordering online was easy, customer services was prompt, but delivery very slow whilst waiting for a truck coming to the midlands i guess?, my contractor got fed up and moved to another job so i have roofing product on my lawn!”

“product was fine problem was I ordered cladding for a job and order arrived with parts wrong and missing only took just over 4 days to get right parts after 4 phone calls and 4 promises to get it to me quickly not impressed was going to order cladding for another job and a large car port but will look for another supplier will not be back.”

“I purchased two Copper retro Geopanels and am really pleased with the products. I have actually used them to clad a wall above the counter of my garden bar! They look great and were easy to work with. The delivery driver maintained good contact throughout the day of delivery providing an accurate eta. He was both polite and helpful when actually making the delivery.”

“Damage sheets and when I asked to speak to a manager they said the managers don't speak to customer. And the lad on the phone was very rube and totally unhelpful. Very bad service. Would use again. 😡 would go to BQ or wicked. To get better materials”

Having looked at the extensive notes on this order, firstly it was not your order but it looks like it was a relations (wife etc) There are many notes from various team members about the abusive language directed at them by yourself and they have a right not to be abused or potential put into an abusive situation. This all appears to stem from the issue of a sheet (1 of 4) having some damage. This however is after the items being in your care and on site for a week and past the checking period, and after you signing that they are all in good condition. Our staff are not here to be abused, and we do not free issue material that has been damaged on site by customers while in their care as this would disadvantage those who are genuine. We look forward to you buying from another outlet to ensure our staff are not verbally abused.

“We recently purchased a full bathroom suite, shower tray, shower enclosure and cloakroom vanity unit from C & A bathrooms. The quality of the products are outstanding; the knowledge and service provided by Adam in the bathroom showroom was also second to none. He ensured we purchased exactly what we needed without any pressure selling. We highly recommend the company. Thank you Adam for excellent service.”
