I made an order via telephone. Was confirmed and an order sheet sent to me via email. When i arrive. only half the order was there. (YOUR ERROR) I was advised that they would get the rest of the order shipped from Kent on the lorry and to come back tomorrow. Received a phone call at 3pm telling me order was on its way, but close at 4pm for Bank Holiday. I left immediately from Romford (in Bank holiday traffic) as i was desperate for the items. I called the office to tell them i was 5 mins away at 15.45pm stuck in heavy traffic - the same as your van - and was told they didn't close until 16.30pm! Arrived at your west ham depot at 16.03pm - to be told they wasn't serving me and pulled the shutter down in my face. 2 wasted trips. Both your fault. Will be advising everyone not to use your 'family run business'

Dear John I am trying to trace the order you are talking about being delivered however from your email address and the order reference here that you are responding to it is for an order paid and collected on the counter not delivered. Please provide details from the paperwork you said was sent to you via email so I can trace the order you are talking about so I can investigate further. With regards to the closing times of the branches our two branches do shut at differing times. We also have a brand new phone system where calls are diverted to the other branch when all lines are busy in the first and I believe this is what has happened. Thanks to this feedback we are retraining all our staff to confirm which depots opening times the caller is inquiring about as it may not be their branch due to the overflow system. I apologies on behalf of the firm for this occurrence and hope to receive more details to investigate further.

I asked for 5 tubes CTC1 and still havent received the order a week later. funds were taken and no product delivered 07832445144

Thank you for your feed back. I have looked into your order and can confirm this is out for delivery today with UPS. The reason for the delay was an out of stock of the grey CT1 this was an oversight on our part as we ran out before the delivery arrived. These came into stock Friday and your order was immediately packed however it was to late for the UPS collection. I am sorry for the delay in your order and although we did not deliver it quick enough it was still delivered within 5 days. We do try and ensure that we deliver quickly and always advise our customers that if your order is or an urgent nature to contact us by phone to confirm the status and expected delivery dates.

very late delivery. ordered on the 9/4/15 advised on a 5/10 days lead in time. Today 29/4/15, still no delivery!!!!!!!!!!!!!, I rung them twice over the last week checking on the delivery and was adviced that the transport manager Craig Rock would returm my call. still waiting for goods and a call back from him. great customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for your response and i am sorry about your experience. I have discussed this problem with Craig and the Transport manager Pete and it seems there's a bit of confusion and break down in communication. You order was out for delivery within the 10 days but due to logistical problems there was a small delay and we attempted to make your delivery on the 25-04-15 however this was a Saturday and your business was not able to accept it this would have been 12 days and outside of our normal delivery time scales. Unfortunately the next lorry that left to cover your area was on the Monday morning 27th however your order had not been received back at the depot in time to be loaded onto this vehicle. I have spoken to Craig and he tells me he had tried to call and left a message to update you and also that the order was being repackaged for shipping by carrier and this left the depot in the afternoon on the Tuesday 28-04-15. We are sorry that your order was not delivered within our normal times scales of up to 10 days and i intend to investigate further to find the exact cause that resulted in the delivery driver running behind. Your order should be delivered today and i can confirm that DXfreight have the tracking as out for delivery today. We have also updated your delivery address as this was missing the unit number from your original order and this may result in the carrier not being able to make the delivery. If you order does not arrive please do contact us. Once again sorry for the problems Darren
