“Abysmal service.. placed my order 11 days ago... phoned today to find out when it will be delivered.. was told "don't know!! Told to email customer service... no reply! Have bought elsewhere on 2 days delivery … Goodbye and good riddance C and A!”

“CABP had exactly what I needed for a garden project. Order made on Sunday and I had a follow up email checking I had everything I needed as some of the items I ordered did not appear to match, which was due to they were for two separate projects but I appreciated the follow up check other companies would deliver what you order without checking. All items delivered quickly as promised with notifications of deli ery by both email and phone. Excellent service and quality from order to delivery.”

“Great experience from sales to delivery. Polite, friendly and World class service. I believe prices are competitive too. The delivery man was so good taking items through the house and into the back garden and helped to synchronise two deliveries (Grays and Ilford) for the same customer.”

“Ordering was easy, delivery spot on and material was all in good condition. Unfortunately the screws I ordered were not in the delivery. But they were delivered a week later. Would have been nice if somebody could have contacted me to let me know there would be a delay as the screws were out of stock. Thank you”

“I found C&A on line, as I had never dealt with them before, when searching for a piece of fascia board. I spoke direct to Andy who was very helpful and knowledgeable and seemed to go out of his way to find me a slightly damaged section, as I only needed a short length. He calculated me a very sensible price and also remained professional when taking advantage of the free delivery promotion at that time. I will definitely be using them again!”

“Very impressed with C&A. Their prices are the best I could find and the quality of product is excellent. I also appreciated free delivery for a purchase of only £99 or above rather than having to spent a few hundred pounds which most suppliers require. Delivery was quicker than expected and excellent communications. I asked the driver to call me prior to delivery so that I could ensufe I was at the delivery point. He kept me up to date and was a very pleasant guy. I will be using this firm again.”

“Truly excellent service from C&A. Price and quality are first class. I had a few very small issues relating to delivery (to Ireland, so a little more complex), but I was kept informed at every step along the way - not once left in the dark. I dealt with Charlotte who was nothing short of amazing in her attention to detail and service - she is a star!!”
