“Excellent customer advice on phone from Thomas when I didn’t know exactly how the Avon roof system worked and therefore which components to order. Also delivery driver was good / texted the night before to confirm delivery schedule and rang on leaving previous delivery.”

“On line ordering quite simple,they phoned after I had placed my order to check what I had ordered was right, driver phoned the dayB4 delivery to give me a proximate time of delivery and phoned again to confirm on the day of delivery.Excellent”

Dear Sir Thank you for the review. This delivery charge is actually below the cost of running the service for delivering the roof that you purchased and is therefore actually extremely good value to the customer. If you like you are able to by all the materials in store to take away, and then you would not incur any delivery charges, but you will have to arrange your own suitable van / lorry, pay for its rental, insurance costs, fuel, although as you would be driving it yourself you would save on the staffing costs. We are also so confident in our pricing that we offer our Online Price Promise where we will not only match a valid competitors price, but actually then give you another £10 on top and this includes the delivery charge (full details are here : https://www.cabp.co.uk/Price-Promise.htm ). We are sorry you are disappointed, but we can not help it in cases where your expectations are that you should pay more in total for your order but have the break down altered so that it does not show as a delivery charge but rather included in the price of the products initially. Personally we prefer to save the money on the final total we have to pay rather than how it is accounted for in the paperwork, but each to their own Yours C & A Building Plastics

“Although the company charged £12 for delivery, it was worth paying this. I saved about £50 by buying from them online (compared to my local warehouse of a well known company). It was fast delivery, next business day.”

“The staff member (Andy H) was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We ordered 30 sheets of 4mm Polycarbonate sheets to line our greenhouse. They were delivered within 5 days by a pleasant driver who rang to say he would be with us the following day. Altogether an excellent experience and should we need your services we wouldn’t hesitate to use your company. Will recommend to all. Many thanks.”

“Very reliable firm, delt with them several times. When ordering if does not make sense to them they ring to check order is really correct. Delivery excellent but one driver and large roofing panels need two esp if windy. Driver happy to take to where product wanted. Never got a delivery wrong. It is really nice to deal with this firm.”
