“After ordering the materials there quite a delay before delivery around four weeks But I must say their delivery driver Gary is fantastic Every company needs a driver like Gary he was fantastic, constantly communicating his arrival time, amazing guy. The lateness was down unfortunately to a family funeral and drivers on holiday Anyway really good products and the best delivery service I have ever used Amazon needs a Gary”

“If not for the miscommunication between payment made and not forwarded internally to the order being loaded and delivery the review would have been excellent, but asking for reorder and payment again was the negative, good product, price and delivery. Would use again.”

“Ordering was easy, delivery spot on and material was all in good condition. Unfortunately the screws I ordered were not in the delivery. But they were delivered a week later. Would have been nice if somebody could have contacted me to let me know there would be a delay as the screws were out of stock. Thank you”

“After a dodgy start everything moved into place and I got the items for my conservatory. The price was good and they delivered before time which was even better. The driver called the night before and he arrived early the following morning. He was very helpful and considerate and everything was as ordered. I would have given five stars if it wasn't for the dodgy start but I will use this company again.”

“First enquiry your operative said we can deliver on Friday, second operative, who took my order, said not next Friday but the Friday after. The delivery man came on Tuesday rang first to see if im home, not convenient, arranged with my neighbor to receive goods. All ok. HOWEVER the p[oint is this, the delivery man saaid Friday was and always is impossible to deliver to a customer inLive2rpool on a Friday when he needs to be back in the south by ~Friday. This might help you improve your customer service. Mr Waterson.”

“Delivery service wasn't great. Time range is massive and when you're told the time it was going to arrive it arrives a day earlier! Good products and service otherwise. Would recommend but sort out the delivery guys!”
