“communication could be greatly improved, asked for products to be delivered by the end of the working week if not let me know I telephoned the next day only to be told the order was still being processed and they couldn't advise any further. I was then advised the day after some products were out of stock and this would therefore result in the delivery day not being able to be reached. I was then phoned on the delivery day to advise stocks were all now in however delivery took a further three days!”

“same service as usual you don't have to wait and the goods are ready very quickly, gutters are good quality at a reasonable price plus underground drainage very competitive, will use again many thanks”

Dear Mark Thank you for the review, we are not sure where the 5-7days comes from, your region is normally delivered within 10 working days for these extra large sheets 6M x 2.1M. It is normal that the drivers do call the previous day their deliveries for the following day, especially with sheets of this size. We are sorry you fell that the service did not live up to your expectations, but hope that your installation wen well and that you enjoy your roofing. “Ordered some PVC Flashing - a small order to replace some weather damaged items - on day 1. Confirmation received same day. Package delivered day 2 or 3 (can't remember) so excellent service. I had a big order several years ago when a lorry turned up. This time it was via a carrier.”

“Having mis-estimated a job, I needed another roll of tape to finish the job. The online system was not capable of computing the carriage to my address in the north of Scotland, so I had to ring. My order was taken efficiently and the good arrived the next day. Previously, I have found them very helpful in sorting out a large order that was unusual.”
