“Terrible. Non of what I ordered came as described. I'm having to throw 90% of it in the skip as it took over a month to get it delivered even though I had paid extra for delivery. I have had enough of trying to get in touch with them, but for the record, I'll never use them again.”

Thank you for comments however we feel this review is a little unfair for the following reasons. 1) your order took 3 1/2 weeks and not over a month 2) you were informed at the time of your order some items were out of stock with the option to cancel 3) you did not pay extra for delivery 4) we do not understand why you now have to throw the products away , they are not perishable? 5) W have never had any contact from you whilst your order was in our system. Also in the terms and condition you have been sent you can return the products within 14 days if you no longer require them. I am not really sure what else we can do when you have the option to cancel before delivery or the option to return the items if you no longer required them.

As this was the first time I had used these products myself I didn't get my order correct straight away and had to add to my order a couple of times. This was very straightforward due to your staff who were very helpful and supportive. Many thanks”

“I am very pleased with the product - 25mm polycarbonate sheets. Arrived just when I wanted them - driver communicated well and was helpful. But I did not receive promised free football and was disappointed at the delivery costs quoted for a few small extras I considered buying after initial delivery. So I made do with "off-the-shelf" parts from B&Q instead.”
