“This is not the first time I've used C & A. Once again they have proved helpful in the planning stage of my project, very helpful when placing my order with a delivery driver who kept me informed of his progress and arrived within 10 minutes of his E.T.A. It's a pity not all U.K companies can match their helpfulness and efficiency.”

“C & A sent us a catalogue promptly, following an initial enquiry for glazing bars.. They were helpful over the phone, and went to physically check stock. Delivery was very quick and the driver kept us notified by text. He was quite positive and helpful too, so overall a really slick transaction.”

“You have a good quality product that was delivered quickly. However it was the first time I had used the glazing bars (HB30WH) and Iinstalled them without difficulty. The wall flashing (PF20WH) was more tricky. Some instructions as to how to install correctly and where to apply the silicone and a template to guide the cutting to allow for the glazing bar would have been helpful. In the end I referred to the picture in the catalogue to work out the right way up to fix to the wall. A simple sheet of paper is all that is required.”

“I ordered polycarbonate twinwall so the problem probably only applies to this product. The twinwall was covered in plastic burrs from the cutting process. The burrs were trapped inside the twinwall, throughout. They are virtually impossible to remove, I have tried vacuuming them out, and using compressed air, but they just become staic and won't budge. I spoke to the company on the phone to see what they could do as the pieces of twinwall are un-usable of the application I need them for, as I need them to be clean, and they just said that's how they send them out and there was nothing that could be done. I would highly reccommend not using this company if you need your twinwall to be clean and transparent.”

“I tried to place a small order on line on the 2nd February, but had difficulties in setting up an account, could have been me or the system was wobbly. So I phoned C & A, spoke to Phil, who was able to extract some info from their system, he put the order together with commendable speed. Low and behold, the order arrived the next morning, so the broken glazing in greenhouse was replaced on the same day.”
