“kept waiting for ages invoice was made to the wrong company, staff were rude and I had to load my own vehicle and I was just left in the car park. No courtesy by the staff what so ever.i d rather pay more for my products and have some decent polite service. I m amazed this company is still trading I ll never use them again”

Thank you for your feedback, I have looked into your order and notice that the order was generated from a quotation issue to you 3 days before you collected however the incorrect details was not queried until we had processed the order. Once an order is invoiced it is very hard to change the details, invoices are locked and can not be deleted as these are tax statements. With regards not receiving any assistance, we do not load customers vehicles for them for a couple of reasons 1) the possibility of damaging the customers property 2) safety reasons for loading and security as this is down to the customer. However had you required any assistance in holding materials then we would be happy to help. Your order consisted of lengths of guttering and a couple of boxes of accessories and this type of order does not normally require any assistance especially with our regular traders, I notice you are listed as a company on your invoice. With regards the time taken, your ordered 170 gutter brackets and these have to be counted. Looking at the time stamps it took around 15mins to process, pick and invoice the order although this is slower than we would like ensuring the right materials and qty is the priority and sometimes this does mean it takes a little longer. I hope this helps explain how and why things are done in a certain way. With regards your comment that you are amazed we are still trading well this is our 50th anniversary and we have many 1000's of satisfied customers but sometimes it seems we don't get it quite right

“bought two sheets of 2mm thick plastic in white (2.440mm X 1.220mm) which i though were pretty expensive at nearly £30 each (not incl VAT)... service was good though, but I did not get my free gloves (for spending over £50)... which I only remembered after getting home and unloading the stuff... PS: why is it that you cannot get a simple right-angle corner extrusion in differing sizes in 2.5m lengths???”

“If the wall plates for my car port were not out of stock for such a long time this would have been a 5 star review. Having said that the communication between them and me was good. When I phoned every one was very courteous and the answers to my questions were spot on. They even allowed me to add some parts to the order. The delivery driver was also very kind and considerate. He could not have been more helpful. I will use them again.”

“Easy to use website. Full information given regarding each item. contacted by firm to clarify my order. Emails received giving information on progress of my order. Email sent to say order was out for delivery and could take up to 5 days. I phoned Monday to ask for an indication of when this might be and was told that I would receive a phone call the day before. However they were actually delivered that same day. I was happy with the quality of the goods and they were easy to work with.”
