“Having a new shower room fitted. Changed our minds at the last minute and chose shower wall panels instead of tiles, so needed quick delivery. We ordered on-line and had a very prompt order acknowledgement and an amazingly fast delivery. We are extremely pleased with the panels and they look great. No more cleaning dingy looking grouting or mould!”

“Great communications saved me having to order a separate item as it was spotted on my original order that I had forgotten to add a vital part I was then contacted and the part was added to my original order saving me time and money great old fashioned customer service would highly recommend.”

“I ordered a Sanctuary Carport Kit. I found your people on the telephone very helpful and informative. The kit was delivered on the nominated day with good communication from your driver. The kit did come with all the things needed to erect it. I found it very simple to erect and did it on my own, though it would have been simpler with two bodies at times. In summary a nice product at a reasonable price and best of all the wife is extremely pleased with it”

“I ordered polycarbonate sheets by telephone as I could not get your web page to work for orders. The guy who handled my order was very pleasant and helpful. I received my order within two working days. The parcel was carefully packaged and sustained no damage. I am delighted with the product and the efficiency of your company and will use you again. “I was pleased at the helpfulness of staff on the phone, but two minus points. 1 I said to the man what I was building, he recommended I get various things. However, it was only when the driver arrived with the materials that he mentioned I needed a couple of reels of some sort of ventilating tape to go over the ends. If I order now, the postage will doubtless be more than the cost of the tape. 2 I was expecting the plastic panels to be smooth at the two sides. Instead they are large panels which have been cut, leaving rough edges at the side of what I am building. Not desirable.”
