“I ordered valken tango goggles,they are a quality product,came as described on the website and in perfect condition.the store has plenty of choices for all needs,the website/checkout was smooth and hassle free. I did however have a problem with delivery from dpd,so instead of contacting them to get the same old routine you hear,I called bz tactical,I explained to the bloke on the phone that I had a missed delivery email from dpd even though I was home the whole time and they never came close to my door and that I had a weekend event booked for a while and wouldn't go if I didn't get them (as you all know majority if not all airsoft sites don't provide decent goggles) so the whole weekend would be ruined. He was very quick to sort it out with dpd gave me a call back 5 minutes later and reassured me it will get delivered by the Friday (next day) well I got called by a lady from dpd shortly after and she was very apologetic and sorted it from there. The goggles arrived early the next day by a different driver. Brilliant customer service, if you have any difficulties then give BZ a call and they'll sort it fast. 5 stars very happy :) will definitely be ordering from them again.”
