“Item was delivered to Australia within 8 days of ordering. CD had been carefully packaged so arrived in good condition. Tracking worked so I knew it was on its way. Although postage and packing for 'Rest of the World' seemed expensive I needed the CD for a gift so was prepared to pay. However, a refund was made to reduce the P&P costs so I have been extremely pleased with the overall service. Thank you.”

“I would have said very good but was disappointed that my Son’s name was not on the folder. When I telephoned this was not mentioned to me and I believed it to be part of the deal. My friend PAuline Gill who recommended you showed me the one she had for her husband which had his name engraved on the cover and I naturally thought the one I ordered would be the same.”
