“Thank you the service was very quick, easy and the quality very good. I didn’t quite understand about the extra room for bottle and therefore have a blank space in the box. Good job I opened the present to look at the paper it would not have known this and would have been embarrassing as a present.”

Dear Charles, Thank you for your feedback, I did call you within a few hours of purchasing the newspaper to explain that when I went to retrieve the newspaper from my archive that it was very badly damaged not fit for sale, I did offer you an alternative which you declined so therefore I issued you an immediate refund and gave you an alternative number to call to try and locate your chosen newspaper. Sorry I couldn't be any more helpful

“excellent after-order service, as I was telephoned to be told there was a pen mark on the original paper I had ordered, in case I wanted to cancel the order. I was more than happy to go ahead and it was delivered the next day. Really cannot fault the process from easy ordering webpage to final delivery.”
