“Ordered newspaper as a 60th birthday gift for a friend. It arrived promptly, but certificate of authenticity was incorrect. Situation rectified immediately, with new certificate arriving by first class post the next day. Thank you.”

“Fabulous service. They had the newspaper I wanted when the previous day another company had said they couldn’t source one.
