“Item ordered was excellent, how ever deliverey was awful, was contacted on the morning or delivery and told that I could change to another date if out, did that and then it was delivered anyway. Text said it was signed for and delivered to 224 which is a considerable distance up the road, went there, not there, eventually found it next door at 324, was not amused!!”

“Thank you the service was very quick, easy and the quality very good. I didn’t quite understand about the extra room for bottle and therefore have a blank space in the box. Good job I opened the present to look at the paper it would not have known this and would have been embarrassing as a present.”

Dear Charles, Thank you for your feedback, I did call you within a few hours of purchasing the newspaper to explain that when I went to retrieve the newspaper from my archive that it was very badly damaged not fit for sale, I did offer you an alternative which you declined so therefore I issued you an immediate refund and gave you an alternative number to call to try and locate your chosen newspaper. Sorry I couldn't be any more helpful
