“Ordered online a 1943 Daily Mail for my father in law, received a phone call the next morning advising me that unfortunately after getting the newspaper from their archive it had a large bit torn off from the corner and would i like to pick another paper, i said ok thanks for letting me know and chose the Daily Mirror. The news paper arrived the next day and to my surprise both newpapers were enclosed...the damaged Daily Mail and the Daily Mirror i had ordered. This was just so kind and although it was damaged it was only the adverts, so didn't really spoil the rest of the newspaper. Amazing thoughtful customer service, will definitely be using again.”

“I was truly impressed with my item and certificate. The newspaper was just as I'd hoped. To the eye it looked its' true age but the condition was very good. It was also good to have an impressive yet cheaper option than other more elaborate ones. The price was very favourable compared to other sites.”

“Before I bought a gift for my sister, I phoned them with a question about postage and left a message on their answer phone. They never replied. When the newspaper arrived it had been put together with masking tape which isn’t attractive and wasn’t advertised as such. Bit disappointed, really. I really don’t feel like this company really cares.”
