“Good website, clear and straightforward, easy to navigate, with delivery by Royal Mail within 2 days, pleased with service and would use again, only minor point being they're (Newspaper of specific date) quite costly, but you (Bygone News) were the cheapest I could find.”

“Newspaper and certificate are exactly as advertised and arrived promptly. Despite saying 'leave in porch if out' as indicated on the order form, the parcel was taken to a local collection point so I had to go and get it. Why include a delivery option on the form if it is not followed?”

“I was very impressed with my your day remembered gift certificate… I ordered for my grandads 80th birthday… the only thing I was slightly disappointed in was the section about sport… I understand that my grandad was a war baby so a lot of events were not held but I think it would have been better to maybe remove that section and put other facts in as it didn’t look great having a list of all ‘not held’ apart from that I think it’s a great product and I will definitely use you again..”

“Delivered on time with paper and certificate wrapped carefully. The only thing I would have liked, unless I missed an option, was the recipient's name and DOB in gold on the box lid.”
