“Son thrilled with the copy of The Times from the day he was born. Beautifully presented in attractive box and the news paper wrapped in tissue made it extra special, and the newspaper itself was in perfect condition. Would recommend your service to anyone. Just one caveat …. and probably not your fault. I was told by the couriers that it would be delivered on the Thursday when I knew I would be out, so following their instructions I filled in the online form with very clear details about where they were to leave the parcel. I 'submitted' the form but received no acknowledgment from the couriers so sent it again. Later I re-submitted it yet again, but still no acknowledgment. Neither did the tracking function work. In the event the parcel was not delivered on the Thursday as promised, and I found a card waiting when I returned home saying they had been unable to deliver it. Fortunately they did come the next day and I was in, but I think they need to tighten up their website . . . but a brilliant service all the same!”

“Ordered a paper for my dads birthday from Bygone news. We had issues with the courier company and tracking the parcel but spoke to a very helpful gentleman at Bygone (Paul) I think and he kindly help me track it down and even called me personally that evening to check it had arrived.”

“5 Star Service! Thought this would be an ideal present for my brother's birthday but I was pressed for time. I had the idea on a Saturday and the birthday was on on Tuesday. I phoned and he said he would send it out monday morn. I was lucky to find someone working on the weekend. I paid for next day delivery. I got a text 8am on Monday morning the items was with the courier. Got the Paper the next day in time for the Birthday. My bro was very pleased with the present.”

“A very well received present that truely celebrated a special birthdate. The paper was in excellent condition and the certificate and Birthday summary was a lovely touch. Included in the time capsule was a DVD and CD which we are looking forward to watching as a family.”
