“Exemplary customer service. I ordered a similar product from a different company but was let down at the last minute, and so I ordered from Bygone but wasn't sure if it would arrive in time. The company rang me straight away to discuss delivery details to give the item the best chance of arriving on time, and it was dispatched within an hour after our phone call. Sure enough, the item arrived in time for a very happy recipient on his birthday. Thank you Bygone for going above and beyond!”

“I was pleasantly surprised by the very high quality of the presentation box and actual newspaper, which was from 1934. The only issue available was The Times - I would have liked another in addition to this (even if it was only a replica) but unfortunately nothing else was available. The delivery was very prompt, arriving on time as expected and was very well packaged. The paper was fascinating and made for a lovely gift - I would highly recommend Bygone News.”

“Quick and efficient service and no hanging around waiting for delivery as I was kept updated on the delivery time. I ordered the Sunday Times from the 6th April 1969 in a gift box. It was brilliant 50th present for someone who is extremely difficult to buy for. Thank you so much, he loved it!!”
