“Hello! Unfortunately, I did not receive the parcel due to some strange requirements to send my documents to customs authorities in Poland if this is just a 2 t-shirts in the parcel. I know that it’s not your fault but I’d like you to know about my case. Maybe they will send you back the parcel, maybe not..”

“I order 4 items and received 1 had my order resent out quickly but to only receive 2 of the 3 missing items, when I asked about the missing item I was told it wasn't in stock and they didn't know when it was going to be back in stock. No notes in packing to explain the error. Most of my order was for fathers day gifts, overall a disappointing experience really”

“very disappointed that the weight of sweatshirt I wanted in the colours and sizes was simply not available, meaning I had to buy the lesser weight and although cheaper, well you get what you pay for. Having used this company for many years and always happy with my purchases I was sadly let down on this occasion.”

“The delivery took more than the last previous order that I have made. However it’s sold within a good amount of rent. It took 4 to 5 days to reach to what it said from 1 to 2, however I didn’t realise it was over the weekend and also so that’s not a problem, but when I receive those type of T-shirt they were very not quite pleasant to touch. It was a bit rough so the clients have sent it to. You didn’t really like it and I have to find alternatives.”

“The t shirts was tight I take a xxl and purchased 4ts xxxl they are no where as good as I bought fruit of the loom direct. The thread count was a lot less. Will be cautious possibly next time Good luck John sinden. Oh by the way the t shirt have been donated to air ambulance in Devon.”

“As a company prompt service. prompt postage If you're only buying as a private buyer a few T-shirts for £6 postage defeats any discount you're getting”

“Products were good. I ordered over 30 items which qualified for free postage and I needed to send back 2 and swap for another size. I had to pay return postage and postage on new items (the postage was more than the 2 items!)”

“I was pleased to find someone still selling old style sweatshirts with raglan sleeves - I like things a bit baggy and easy to put on and take off. The shirt turned out to be well made and with a generous fit - happy with that. However I was a little disappointed by the material used. it is thinner and not as warm as my old sweat shirts. I bought a large size, and I'll keep it, though perhaps I could have managed with a medium. I also bought a small one for my partner, but it is far too big for her. She is very petite, so perhaps the sizing is meant for men? Or possibly it's just that the range is limited.”

“I think their business is mainly wholesale but they accepted my personal order for 3 t shirts. When they arrived, two were the ones I ordered and the third was the correct colour but a different model. Contacted customer services who responded quickly and agreed to send a replacement. Great service. Thanks”
